※ Application:
The products, owning good reaction activity, can react with an amount of isocyanates to give reaction injection molding (RIM) urethane products. The cold cured and high resilient products made of the RIM urethane, such as cushions of automobile and transport means, steering wheels, dash-board and handles etc, and furniture, have good resilience, compression subsidence and comfortable feeling.
※ Package, storage and transport:
The above products should be packed in clean, dry and leakless galvanized iron drum. The net weight of each drum is 200Kg. They should be stored in a dry and well-ventilated warehouse at room temperature. During storage and transport, they should be strictly free from exposure to rain and stain, kept sealed to prevent moisture absorption after opening for use. They have a shelf life of 6 months (ZS-2102 & LW-1070 is 12 months) after the date of production. 6 months later, they can still be used if re-exam qualified.
※ Safety and Toxicity:
Safety:High flash point, flammable, without explosivity. Foam, dry powder, dry ice, steam and water can be used for extinguishing fire.
Toxicity: Almost without toxicity, operating it with safety glasses. If skin contacts it, wash with clean water and soap immediately. If eye contacts it, wash with low-pressure clean water or receive medical attention promptly.
